How do I become a customer?

Become a customer in one easy step! Fill out your information on our Create Account page and once approved you will recieve an email confirming. 

 

I forgot my password; how can I retrieve it?

 Please go to the "login" area located at the top of the website. Please click on "Forgot Your Password?" Enter the email address associated with your account and click "Submit" An email will be sent to you shortly with your account password.


Do you offer any deals or discount?

Yes we do! This year we have two brand new discounts that you can combine together for maximum savings! Take advantage of our Volume Discount that you do not need to pay in full, a deposit will work just fine! You can also take advantage of our Late Ship Bonus by ordering early for a later ship date. Save up to 18% off your entire order!


 How do I order a catalogue? 

 Catalogues are free of charge for Studios and can be requested by calling 1-800-HTS-1958 or by email at customerservice@hamiltonstheatrical.com


 Can I view the line in person?

Yes, Hamilton's provides in-house showings of our new 2015 line.

 

Do I need to set up a seperate account for the In Stock Store?

No you do not, you can use your existing account to purchase from our In Stock, Ready To Ship store. 


How do I pay the remaining balance on my order?

Please login and on the left hand side click "My Installement Agreements"  Under actions click on "Make Payment" for the order you would like to pay for.


Can I cancel my order?

We allow 1-2 weeks grace period for any changes or cancellations. After that period, you will unfortunately lose your deposit. 



Costume Questions

Do your costumes come with any accessories?

Yes! All of our costumes in the 2015 Dance Line come with a complimentary head piece included

 

How do I pick my costume sizes?

Sizing your kids can be quick and easy! Just follow our chart here

 

How can I make sure the sizes fit?

Hamilton's has sizing sets to ensure the proper fit for your costume.  Please contact Customer Service to find out prices and deposits to buy or borrow a sizing set.


Can I create my own costume?

Yes you can! Design your own unique look with our mix and match separates. 

The sky truly is the limit with the endless combinations!

 

Do you carry any Teamwear?

Yes we do and our Teamwear line can be found here.

Go ahead and customize your Teamwear with adding your logo, sublimation designs, embroidery and more.


Shipping

When will my costume order be arriving?

 Costume orders are shipped by Order Deadline date, and can take from 10-12 weeks for production. Please click: Dates To Remember to see our order deadlines and shipping dates information. Please be advised if you want the earliest ship date, your entire order may not be completed at the same time due to Hamilton's being a component based manufactuer, which will result in multiple shipments. 

 

♦What is the fixed fee/handling charge?

 Handling charge is charged on a per item basis to specifically pay for those expenses required to handle and/or pack and ship the item.  This can include shipping materials (boxes, labels, tape, bubble wrap, packing peanuts) as well as any additional services required such as delivery and/or signature confirmation.
